We’re looking for an experienced marketing analyst to join our team. In this role, you will own core KPIs and the day-to-day management of the channels that drive them. The ability to test, adjust, and measure experiments in a high-growth environment will be critical. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, has an existing analytical framework, and is hungry to learn and grow. This is a thinker/doer role that requires fluency across a number of digital mediums, with a strong focus on Facebook, IG, Google Search, and YouTube. You will be directly involved in strategizing for clients, creative briefing for all channels, and acting as the liaison between our creative team, media, and project management teams.
What You’ll Do
Own planning and execution across user acquisition channels including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and more
Collaborate with Donut’s internal creative team and provide actionable intel on past ad performance
Understand the nuances of each platform and how we can best optimize our media on each
Allocate paid media spend using data and insights to guide your decisions
Able to speak confidently to the health of the business and paid media metrics alike, regularly joining and contributing to client calls and vendor meetings
Apply full-funnel thinking to synthesize consumer target’s mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to inform strong creative development
Effectively project manage, resource plan, and brief assignments to the creative team
Assist in organizing notes, action items, and assets in Google Drive, Slack, Notion, and Asana
Quality control exports to ensure creative standards are up to client expectations, naming conventions, and deadlines
Complete and transfer deliverables to stakeholders
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
At least 2-3 years marketing experience
Expert at excel - comfortable with pivot tables and formulas
Effective time management, analytical, and organizational skills
Knowledge of digital platforms, including Facebook/Instagram and Google
A self-starter with strong work ethic – goes the extra mile without being asked
Thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
