We're seeking a Los Angeles-based Personal/Executive Assistant who is Marie Kondo-level organized, amazing with people (and pets!), with a go-getter, do-whatever-it-takes attitude. From managing schedules to picking up last-minute props for our production team to locating “that thing” that our CEO misplaced, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero, ensuring that our co-founders can focus on what they do best. What You’ll Do
Efficiently manage the calendars of our three executives, whether it’s scheduling meetings, appointments, or dinner reservations. You'll be the wizard behind the scenes making their busy lives seamless.
Handle email communications and correspondence like a pro, ensuring timely responses and prioritization across the board. You'll be their trusted gatekeeper.
Assist in organizing notes, priorities, documents, presentations, reports, events, and other projects.
Upkeep and manage Donut’s LA office by ensuring the kitchen is always stocked, the cleaners can get in, the mail is organized, the handyman is called, etc. You’ll be the head of the house.
Transport or pick up items as needed, whether for a photoshoot or personal tasks.
Perform personal errands for the executive team, whether it’s picking something (or someone) up, watching a pet, making a Target run, shopping,
Assist in the coordination and execution of events around the year (we have lots of them!). This would include collaboration with our event planning teams, handling logistical details, coordination during the event, and breakdown/clean up after the event.
Help coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Whether it's a business trip or a personal getaway, you'll ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
What You’ll Need
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant. Experience working with executives at the founder or CEO level is a significant bonus.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office tools and communication platforms, including G-Suite and Slack or equivalent.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with organizational and time management prowess.
You excel in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and have a strong work ethic. Going the extra mile without being asked is second nature to you.
This role requires a vehicle and the ability to drive around Los Angeles to complete tasks as needed.
